Principal and Senior Consultant
Tania is Principal and founder of PeakXD and has been doing UX since 1999. She is a self-confessed UX geek and is one of the leaders in her field, having spoken at several conferences and trained over 1000 people in UX. She has worked for many high profile clients and decided to stop studying after completing 4 degrees including a Masters (Research) and Human Factors.
David wandered into UX when he realised he couldn't code or graphic design, but was good with people and loved working with the internet. He has been working with Peak since 2007 and has worked with a range of clients from different industries. He still thinks usability testing is fun. He retains a key interest in user behaviour and how that affects design.
As a UX consultant with Peak Miranda has worked on a vast array of projects. No matter whether she is designing wireframes for an academic research portal, interviewing youth or executives, running workshops or analysing data she enjoys talking to people and uncovering the hidden. With a background in multimedia design she enjoys making improvements to the user experience for "the user".
Onkar's passion for people, solving problems, and focusing on solutions that customers want brought him into the world of UX. He's worked on several research initiatives for government, higher education, and corporations that helped blend business objectives with customer needs. He is keen to spread the word of UX to help organisations make a positive impact on their customers.
Sophie is a user researcher & UX designer with a background in the social sciences. She specialises in the discovery of user needs and motivations, which she sees as crucial to successful design. She facilitates customer centric approaches to design and believes in testing often, failing fast and getting everything from paper prototypes to finished products in front of customers.
Akanksha discovered through her Interaction Design degree at UQ and explored it further with a Creative Industries degree at QUT where she exposed herself to the industry and took charge of UX projects. She loves solving complex navigational problems through testing and iterative designing and found early on that it is imperative to involve users in the design process to inform smooth outcomes.
Khai has a background in Organisational Psychology with a strong passion in human centred design, customer behaviour, UX and all things digital. He has over 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, workshop training and facilitation, qualitative and quantitative research, psychometric assessment design, digital marketing, website and chatbot design. Khai never stops learning, as he is currently finishing up a Masters in Organisational Psychology. Aside from work, he loves a good coffee, some PC games and occasionally attempts to maintain his fitness.
Clarissa is a digital and customer behaviour expert with over 16 years spent primarily in the financial services sector. Her experience covers the full spectrum of customer and digital, including strategy, marketing, social, UX/CX research and design. She is passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering great customer experiences, while also focussing on meeting business outcomes.
Jamie is a user experience expert with more than 20 years experience designing award winning solutions for iconic brands and eager startups. Her specialty is working with clients and users to transform complex requirements into intuitive and engaging designs that customers love. Her mission is to make life easier, one product at a time.
