Module 2

User research: planning & conducting

Module 4

Co-design workshops, stakeholder engagement & prototyping

Module 5

Information architecture & navigation

  • Models in design - Implementation models, mental models and conceptual models

    Review the form provided and do a sketch or wireframe showing how you would redesign this form

Usability testing: Measuring usability

After completion

Become UX certified
  • Prepare to take the Foundation Certificate in User Experience (UX01)
  • Accredited training
    PeakXD is a BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT) accredited training organisation approved to provide training for the Foundation Certificate in User Experience (UX01).

    Successful completion of our program and the UX01 exam will demonstrate you have knowledge of the core concepts of user experience and can apply accepted human centred design techniques and methods in the field.
