Terms and Conditions
UPDATE 3 MARCH 2020 - COVID-19 Cancellation policy
Your safety and the safety or our trainers is paramount to us. In the event of a COVID-19 outbreak, we will cancel or postpone a course if we feel it is not safe to proceed for any reason; group gatherings are restricted by government authorities; or it is not safe for our trainer to travel to the venue.
In the event we have to cancel or postpone a course because of COVID-19 OR you test positive for COVID-19 and are able to provide evidence of this and cannot attend, we will provide you with 3 options:
- receive a full refund
- attend the course at the later date
- provide access to our UX Training Portal and the ability to complete all the UX training modules online AND attend one of our full day collaborative workshops which will be scheduled twice each year in Brisbane and one other city to learn and experience collaborative UX workshop techniques (when safe to proceed with these).
In the event of any course cancellations or postponements, PeakXD will not be responsible for any travel costs incurred by registered participants. We encourage participants to book refundable and flexible travel for all of our training courses.
